Ever since King Kong shimmied up the Empire State Building with Fay Wray in tow, killer gorillas have remained the primates of choice for horror cinema. This collection presents a trio of campy horror classics revolving around those savage beasts: in KING OF KONG ISLAND (1968), a man must journey deep into the jungle to track down an insane former friend who performs experiments on gorillas; in WHITE PONGO (1945), scientists search for a mythical albino gorilla rumored to be the missing link; empire state building owner and in BRIDE OF THE GORILLA (1951), a South American plantation owner morphs into a rampaging gorilla after being cursed by a voodoo priestess.
